Qorvo ACT88321 Advanced PMICs, available now from Mouser, offer three bucks, two LDOs, and load bypass switches in an integrated ActiveCiPS power management IC. The devices power various processors, incorporating SSD applications, video processors, FPGAs, peripherals, wearables, and microcontrollers. The device is designed for SSD and FPGA applications.

The PMICs are extremely flexible and can be reconfigured through I2C for multiple applications with no PCB changes. The low external component count and high configurability greatly speed time to market. Examples of configurable options comprise output voltage, startup time, system-level sequencing, slew rate, sleep modes, switching frequency, operating modes, and more. The PMIC is offered in a 2.18mm x 2.58mm 30-ball WLCSP package.

Typical applications include solid-state drives, FPGA, computer vision, and portable audio/video.
